Fred Roseman, Scoutmaster of Troop 327, was awarded the Silver Beaver Award at the Piedmont Council's 98th Annual Recognition Banquet, March 29, 2023. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest volunteer award given by a Council in recognition of an outstanding impact on the lives of youth through their hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and years of service.
