Cooper's Eagle Project

Cooper's Eagle Project Cooper Lipe started his Eagle Project at Mt. Ruhama Church on Saturday, February 18th. Cooper's project consists of replacing the existing fence with a new split rail fence, adding new benches, and a new sandbox.
